Christmas Lights Switch On

The most wonderful time of the year is nearly upon us, and the Toon is kicking off the festive season with the official Christmas Lights Switch On this November!

Head to Grey’s Monument on Tuesday 14th November and see the streets illuminated by twinkling festive lights as Newcastle City Council perform the big Christmas Lights Switch On at 6pm. Metro Radio’s breakfast show hosts Steve and Karen will be on hand to lead the fun-filled evening of songs, games, and live music, 

It’s set to be a truly magical moment so grab the kids, your other half, or your pals and gather to witness our wonderful city as it officially welcomes Christmas!
